Face up to Peace - Unmaskit launch
Please celebrate with us the launch of the environmentally friendly UnMasKit!™ and the International Face Up to Peace project! Participate in two days of mask making, discussion and sharing as part of 11 Days of Global Unity and Earthdance in the lead up to International Peace Day on 21st September.
The question "what does peace mean to you?" will be considered as will the efforts to develop governmental Departments of and Ministries for Peace in Australia and worldwide. Masks will be made of our own faces and painted to represent our visions of peace. The meanings of the masks will be shared using optional writing, movement, and/or dance expressions if desired.
On Sunday, 17th September, we'll begin at 9 A.M. by participating in the Earthdance world broadcast of the "The Prayer for Peace".
