Core Team

Mitra Ardron

Mitra has considerable senior executive experience at the intersections of sustainability, technology and community. His specialities have been interfacing between the worlds of engineers and business people, turning innovations into businesses. His career-long involvement in sustainability, in both a professional and voluntary capacity allows him to find win-win solutions that align benefits to the planet and to the community with an improved bottom-line. His involvement in start-up companies, has led to an ability to turn his hand to a wide variety of tasks, from negotiating multi-million dollar contracts, to setting up the Intranet, to speaking to large conferences. David Wyatt

David Wyatt (PhD, MBA) has a background as a Scientist and Manager in Private Pathology, Medical Research and the Biotechnology Industry in Australia, North America and Europe. In 1980 he co-founded the successful Biotechnology company Agenix Ltd and in 1987 the award winning PanBio. Ltd, where he held the position of Managing Director from 1991 to 1998. In 1998, he started Novogenesis for Angel Investment in ethical start-ups. He currently serves as a director of TeQstart, a seed capital investment company of the Queensland Government. He also has appointments as an Adjunct Professor in Management at The University of Queensland and BioBusiness, at Queensland University of Technology.
